1. June 2026

   • 30 May On Rotation now shuffles per build; weekly rebuild cron wired to a Netlify build hook.
   • 29 May Blog post: The number, the testimony, and the AQI you can act on.
   • 29 May Twelve new Ideas Tested cards across political accountability, aquaculture welfare, welfare delivery, survey methods, and more.
   • 29 May Framework 08 shipped: The Knowledge Map (Rumsfeld).
   • 29 May Every subpage gains a theme toggle via a shared ThemeToggle component.
   • 29 May /talks page created; A2GF Bangalore panel added.
   • 29 May PhotoTales, PolicyGrounds Press, PolicyDhara, StoryWell, ImpactMojo, and Innovation Advisory all move to Active.
   • 29 May Some Perspective added as an Active venture; venture count 12 → 14.
   • 8 May Framework 07 shipped: The Indicator Test (VALID).
   • 8 May Framework 06 shipped: The Causal Pathway Review (CLEAR).
   • 8 May Astro 5 → 6.4.2; 0 vulnerabilities on npm audit.
   • 8 May 19 new books added to /shelf; new Ideas Tested cards for the AI assistant on JanVayu, the PolicyDhara Telegram bot, and Some Perspective.

3. April 2026

   • 10 Apr Frameworks 03–05 shipped: Evidence, Scale Decision, Kill Criteria.
   • 9 Apr Site launched. Frameworks 01 (Venture Readiness) and 02 (Measurement Checklist) shipped alongside the first eleven blog posts.
